Refunds

To view our complete Refund and Returns Policy you can go to the menu however we cover the main points here. We provide refunds only under certain conditions. All refund requests must be received within 30 days of the original order and you must return the original order with the original contents. If the contents of any product have been emptied, replaced or heavily tampered with, we reserve the right to refuse your' refund. 

Exchanges are only excepted if we have accidentally sent you the wrong order. (However this almost never happens!) But if it does, you need to send the product to the address below and we will exchange the product for the correct one and cover any shipping costs. This does not apply to a scenario where you change your mind, so choose carefully!

What do we do with returned products?

They are safely disposed of within Australia! RIP

How much is shipping?

All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:

  • Domestic vs International
  • Total weight of package
  • Selected shipping method

At present we offer flat rates of shipping within Australia and internationally. Flat rate in Australia is $7 and international flat rate is $15.

Shipping is FREE on purchases of $100 and over. 

We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.

In what ways are we planet friendly?

We actively participate in the challenge to reduce carbon emissions and have a climate friendly cart. In partnering with Carbonclick we offer every customer the opportunity to offset their purchase with a $2 carbon offset. This is of course optional, however if you choose to participate, your' purchase will be 'carbon offset' and these funds go toward the global battle in reducing carbon emissions. Are your products cruelty free?

Yes, our products are cruelty-free! Our manufacturers don’t affiliate or obtain ingredients from places that are not 100% cruelty-free!

What other aspects of your product are eco friendly?

All our products are silicone, paraben and petro-chemical free. We use some certified organic ingredients, natural plant based ingredients and other ingredients required to provide a premium formula. They are all naturally derived. 

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes, we use either glass bottles for serums, or PBA fully recyclable plastics for other products. We also use 100% recyclable boxes to hold the products and 100% compostable mailers that have a compostable label affixed. We suggest removing stamps or other stickers attached by the mailing service before placing the mailer in the compost.

Can I become an Ambassador or Influencer?

You can apply to become an ambassador or influencer. You will need to get in touch with us at info@hairnation.com.au and demonstrate that you spend sufficient time on social media and produce videos that allow you to adequately showcase our products. You will also need to have a sufficient following. Ambassadors choose to represent the brand and provide regular weekly promotion on their social media posts and videos. Ambassador videos are posted to HAIR NATION TV and also facebook and Instagram.

Ambassadors receive a t-shirt and generous product discounts, provided you continue to meet the terms of the agreement for regular posting. We reserve the right to cease an ambassador relationship with you if for any reason you do not meet the ambassador requirements listed in the agreement.  

Do you provide bulk discounts?

No we do not

I want to sell your' products on my website or in my store?

We are happy to take inquiries at info@hairnation.com.au in relation to stocking our products. We can also drop-ship products if you would like to feature the products without the hassle or shipping. Please note: If you require packages to be delivered with your own branding and invoice you need to provide these items.

I couldn't find the answer I was looking for, what do I do?

Send us an email! Our customer service team will be happy to help with any other question you may have! Send your name, your HN order number (if applicable), and question to info@hairnation.com.au. Our hours of operation for customer service are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST, excluding weekends and major holidays. Our customer service will do their best to respond as quickly as possible, however please allow 24­ - 48 hours to receive a response. Also, we are only equipped to handle orders placed through hairnation.com.au and  any orders placed through other e commerce sites or retailers, need to be handled by their respective customer service teams.
